Refund Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase. Otherwise, no refund and/or exchange of any kind will be available.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Damaged faulty to be found, a severe manufacture defect that cause the item failed to perform on the ordinary use.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging and product tags still attached.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

On that case, you must apply the refund with our Sysco sales team by email (syscofurniture@gmail.com), phone call or WhatsApp message (+971 56 1286668).

Sysco will send technician guy to inspect the items on the spot, if the defect part cannot be fixed, we can accept the refund request, and will collect the item back.

We don’t accept full return and exchange on the items, when the defect components can be repaired.

If there’s nothing wrong with the item but you simply don’t want it anymore, you will have 24 hours from delivery to request for return and refund. The delivery cost is not refundable, including the part that cost us to collect the items back.

In case of any possible damage to the items during packaging and delivering upon return, all items will be collected by Sysco delivery team.
