Warranty

We assure our original purchaser a 3-5 years warranty from the date of delivery, it differs in items, always check the product listing details.

If your purchase appears to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty time, we will repair or replace the defect component as the case necessary.

Replaced or repaired ones are subject to the same limited warranty as the original products. The warranty term of the replaced or repaired ones begins from the date of purchase of the original one.

This limited warranty covers the following:

• 5 years warranty for chairs, it covers gaslift, wheel, mechanism, armrest and base.

• 3 years warranty for sofas, it covers spring and legs.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

• A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the seat.

• Comfort preference.

• Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.

• Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse, customer’s self-assembly and un-authorized repair.

• Any products (whether manufactured by Sysco or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
